Citizenship by Investment
Citizenship by Investment is a government-approved legal pathway that grants full citizenship — including a second passport — in exchange for a qualifying economic contribution, real estate purchase, or other approved investment. Programmes are established directly by national governments, and most allow your immediate family to be included in a single application.
We advise on Citizenship by Investment programmes in Dominica, Grenada, St Lucia, Antigua & Barbuda, St Kitts & Nevis, Türkiye, and Vanuatu — each with its own investment routes, processing timelines, and visa-free travel benefits.
No. Every Citizenship by Investment programme we advise on permits dual (or multiple) citizenship, so you retain your existing nationality while gaining a second one.
No — one of the defining features of Citizenship by Investment is that none of the programmes we advise on require you to reside in the country, and the citizenship granted is for life.
Processing time varies significantly by programme — from around 1–2 months for Vanuatu’s programme to 8–12 months for St Lucia’s. We’ll walk you through realistic timelines for your programme of interest during your consultation.
Residency by Investment & Golden Visas
“Golden Visa” is the popular name for several European Residency by Investment programmes that grant the right to live, work, and travel within a country — and often the wider Schengen Area — in exchange for a qualifying investment. Official programme names vary: Italy’s, for example, is officially the “Investor Visa for Italy,” and Hungary’s is the “Guest Investor Program.”
We advise on programmes in Portugal, Greece, Italy, Malta, Hungary, and Latvia, as well as Spain via its Digital Nomad Visa route — each with distinct investment options, stay requirements, and pathways.
It depends on the country. Portugal, Greece, Italy, and Latvia offer a potential pathway toward citizenship after a qualifying residency period, while Malta’s Permanent Residence Programme grants permanent residence without an automatic route to citizenship. We’ll clarify the specific pathway for each programme during your consultation.
No. Spain’s programme is a Digital Nomad Visa for remote workers and freelancers under Spain’s Startup Act, based on income rather than a capital investment — a distinct route from the investment-based Golden Visas offered elsewhere in Europe.
Yes — every Residency by Investment programme we advise on allows family inclusion, typically covering a spouse and dependent children, and in many cases parents, all under a single application.
Costs, Timelines & Eligibility
Costs vary by programme and route. As a general guide, Vanuatu’s programme starts from around USD 130,000, while most Caribbean programmes begin from USD 200,000–250,000 for a government contribution, with real estate routes typically starting higher. Government, due-diligence, and processing fees apply in addition to the core investment.
Requirements vary by programme, but applicants are generally expected to be at least 18 years old, hold a clean criminal record, and be able to demonstrate the legitimate source of their investment funds. Dependent family members can usually be included under the main applicant.
No reputable advisory firm can guarantee an approval — every application is assessed independently by the relevant government authority. Our role is to prepare a complete, accurate application and guide you through the process, not to influence or guarantee a government decision.
This depends on the passport or residency permit obtained. Several Caribbean citizenship programmes unlock visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 140+ destinations, while European residency permits typically include visa-free travel across the Schengen Area. We’ll provide the specific destination list for your programme of interest.
