No. This calculator provides indicative programme-cost information based on our verified fact database, not a citizenship approval, legal advice, or a guarantee of eligibility, processing time, or total expenditure. Every figure shown is traceable to a verified source; where a cost cannot yet be verified, the calculator says so rather than guessing.

What is the difference between the investment amount and the fees?

The qualifying investment (a government contribution or a real estate purchase) is not the same as the government, due-diligence, application, processing or interview fees layered on top of it. A real estate investment can, subject to programme rules and a required holding period, retain value — a government contribution cannot. We show these separately so you are never misled into treating them as economically equivalent.

Why does a programme sometimes show “requires individual eligibility review”?

Family eligibility rules vary by programme and depend on relationship, age and dependency conditions that this calculator cannot always resolve on its own. Where that is the case, we say so plainly rather than forcing a yes/no answer.
